Orders & Shipping
Below are some of are common questions about orders
Our team asks for 1-2 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.
Please note: We do not ship to hotels or vacation rentals. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address.
We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)
Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 1-5 business days for delivery. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays.
Please note: We do not ship and/or deliver on weekends & some orders will require a signature. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be dispatched. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
* 2 Day Expedited/Overnight orders must be placed before 12:30pm PST to be sent out within the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 12:30pm PST will ship out on the following business day. Expedited orders are delivered Monday-Friday. There is no expedited option for weekend delivery.
Please make a claim with the in our claim portal. We will conduct an investigation that will take 3-5 days. We will decide if the order will be reshipped or refunded.

Our team asks for 1-7 business days to fulfill packages. Once shipped, we ask for 1-5 business days for delivery.
Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays and all international packages can incur taxes by their local government.

Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a store credit. All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery. The store credit will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the returned package. Return shipping is free if the customer opted into Checkout+. If the customer didn't opt in, they will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label.
Items that are purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues.

We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees. All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery. The refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the returned package.
Items that are purchased on sale are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues.

Any item purchased on sale or at a marked down price is final sale and ineligible for any form of return or exchange. If a discount code was applied to a full retail priced item, the item is final sale. We do not offer any exceptions for this policy.
Our discount codes are for one time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.

USA Orders
Returns must be submitted through the customer portal. A shipping label will be provided if the customer opted into Checkout+. If not, the customer will need to purchase the label through the return portal.
International Orders
We recommend using a registered shipping service to return goods, allowing you to keep a record of your tracking details as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your return in route to our facility. All returns must have signature delivery as proof of receipt of return.
Original shipping charges, duties, are non refundable, and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do re-stocks on certain styles / colors however our Basic Colors are usually stocked all throughout the year in our top sellers. Basic Colors will include Dark Seas, Sea Salt.

We recommend treating your bikini with the same care as you would lingerie.
Hand wash your suit in cold water after every use. If using detergent, use a mild, clear detergent or ideally a specialty swimwear detergent.
Never machine wash your suit or put it in the dryer.
Lay your suit flat to dry - in the shade and out of direct sunlight to dry. Never wring your suit or iron it.
Avoid contact with oils and lotions, as these may discolor or stain your suit. Harsh chemicals can damage your suit.
Avoid rough surfaces coming into contact with your suit.
If a discount code is not applied at checkout, we cannot apply it after. Please contact us if you are experiencing any issues applying your discount code at checkout prior to placing your order.
