Fit & sizing
Can I wear different sizes on top and bottom?
Yes. Every top and bottom is sold separately, so you can pick your size for each.
How do I find my size?
Start with our fit guide. It has a size chart for every cut and shows how much each one covers.

What do Daring, Balanced and Easy mean?
They're our coverage ratings. Every cut is rated from 1 to 5, front and back.

Do you restock sold-out styles?
Our signature colors, Dark Seas, Sunblock and Skinny Dip, come back most often. Other colors may not return. Join our email list to hear about restocks first.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get an email with tracking when yours ships.
How long does U.S. delivery take?
Everything ships from Los Angeles. After shipping, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days on the West Coast, 3 to 4 days in the middle of the country, and about 5 days on the East Coast.
Expedited orders placed before 12:30pm Pacific ship the same business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery time depends on your country. Local taxes and duties may apply and are paid by you.
Where don't you ship?
We don't ship to PO boxes, hotels or vacation rentals.
My package says delivered, but it's not here
File a claim in our claim portal. We'll look into it within 3 to 5 days and then reship or refund your order.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
Full-price items can be returned within 30 days of your order date for store credit. They need to be unworn, with tags and the hygienic liner still on.
Are there return fees?
Yes: $14 per return plus $10 per item, taken out of your store credit. Original shipping isn't refunded. Size exchanges have no fees.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, for free. We ship your new size to you at no cost. Exchanges are for size only, not color.
Is a return label included?
It's free if you added Checkout+ at checkout (U.S. orders). Otherwise, please use your own shipping label.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes. Sale items, including anything bought with a sale code, can't be returned or exchanged. Orders using our welcome code follow the normal return policy.
How do I start a return?
Go to our returns portal and enter your order number and email.
Care
How do I care for my suit?
Treat it like lingerie. Rinse it in cold water after every wear, lay it flat to dry in the shade, and keep oils and lotions off it. Never machine wash, tumble dry or wring it.
Orders & payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start packing as soon as you order, so we can't change or cancel an order once it's placed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Can I add a discount code after ordering?
No. Codes have to be applied at checkout. If a code isn't working, email us before you place your order.
