Returns

Items bought at full price can be returned for store credit within 30 days of your order date. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and hygienic liner still attached. We don't issue refunds to your original payment method.

Returns and exchanges are available on U.S. orders.

Exchanges

Exchanges are for a different size of the same style in the same color, subject to availability. Color and style exchanges are not available.

If you added Checkout+ at checkout, size exchanges are free of fees and return shipping is covered. Without Checkout+, you cover the shipping to send the original back. Either way, we ship your new size to you.

Final sale

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you added Checkout+ to your order, you can swap a sale item for a different size of the same style in the same color, subject to availability.

Fees

There is no return processing fee, and nothing is taken out of your store credit for the return label.
